Kitikmeot Inuit Association project 'Huqqullaarutit Unipkaangit' was in Kugluktuk October 2017 recording drum dance songs & stories. This was the foundation work for the drum dance song book 'Huqqullarutit Unipkaangit Stories Told Through Drum Dance Songs'. This song, Alvaksamaaliqsugu, is the first Copper Inuit drum dance song in the song book.… Uqalimakkanirit

 A group of 3 cast from Kiviuq Returns came to Cambridge Bay to put on a theatre show for the community with the help from some of the Kullik Ilihakvik School studdents to take part in the show
