Segment 2: Jose Angutingurnirk of Kugaaruk, Nunavut provides life advice. His wife, Araqajjua joins him to sing some ajaaja songs. People go fishing in Taloyoak, Nunavut.

Segment 3: Nancy Kanayok Mannik and Rita Oosuaq make hard fat lard from caribou bones. Martha Haqpi prepares caribou meat for drying. Martha Haqpi makes bannock outdoors, on flat stones and over an open fire.
