Catherine Quluaq Pilakapsi

Quluaq was born in 1944 at Duke of York Bay on Southhampton Island. Quluaq grew up in Coral Harbour, but moved to Rankin Inlet where she now has resided for many years. Quluaq has worked hard helping those in need through the church, supporting people who seek her out, and working with not for profit orginizations such as Ilitaqsiniq, where she works today.… Uqalimakkanirit
