National Screen Institute Online Short Film Festival

The NSI-Canada with headquarters in Winnipeg, is a film and television training school. Training is based around the philosophy that the best way to learn is by doing.

NSI will present a $2,500 "Best of" award to one film next spring. The award will be made by an independant jury comprimised of filmmakers and industry members.
