Segment 1: Mary-Lou Sutton-Fennell, a community corrections specialist, talks about young offenders in Iqaluit and discusses rehabilitation programs. She asks some young offenders about their stay at open custody at either Tungait or Mingurtuuq camp outside of Iqaluit and interviews Nowdlak Inookie and Pauloosie Ishulutaq about supervising the young offenders and teaching traditional hunting skills.

Finally, Nipisha Bracken interviews Justice Orval Troy about the young offender’s
program and plan to expand the program to other communities.
