Clown Me In

A CLOWN!!!! First thing that crosses your mind when you hear this word ... is big shoes, floppy hair, circus, children etc.. This is not the Clown we are talking about or searching for. As artists resulting from the pedagogy of Jacques Le Coq and more particularly from the London approach of the latter, we look more into the inner clown that is inside of each one of us waiting to be discovered. ¨ Clown Me In¨ is a workshop focusing on the personal rebuilding, developing and exploring humour and laughter as well as learning to let go, to say yes, to look at our wounds, frustrations and weak points in a non-judgemental and comfortable atmosphere. The aim is simple, discover and accept the Clown that lies beneath each of us, and let it coexist with oneself in society. ¨We are all clowns really but we´ve spent most of our lives trying to hide this embarrassing reality under layers of intelligence, sensibility, sophistication and social nicety ¨. Clown Me In is an invitation to open the windows of our hearts and inner-selves.See more
