Tokyo Film Group

This group is for film lovers. If you would like to participate in a group that discusses films and identifies their positive and negative points, then this is the group for you. The direction of this group will not be negative -- it will focus on aspects of a film that succeed, as well as the reasons for its particular failures. Think of the group sort of like a book club, except we l be discussing movies. We will try and identify professional tricks used to further the storyline, create illusions, force perceptive, etc. We may discuss the script, the director interpretation of the screenplay, shot selections, post-production effects, and technical or sequence errors.
