Cotos, a aristocrat and warrior, runs a farm with his wife, Artimias, in the land of the Eduens, in what is now Burgundy. Cotos is going to Bibracte, for an important vote and to fetch a sword for his son Eusugenios, establishing him as a genuine warrior.
