Program name: Qimaivvik – (To Leave Something): Qimaivvik is IBC's cultural program. This program includes topics such as hunting and hunting methods, sewing techniques, legends, stories, language and traditional methods such as igloo building. Qimaivvik is aimed for the 16 to 60 age group. Qimaivvik is a half hour program produced in Baker Lake with segments being provided by all the centres. Language: Inuktitut.

Segment 1: “A Walk for Love”, Susan Toolooktook’’s story about her 50 mile walk to raise money for the Baker Lake food bank.
Segment 2: Rebecca interviews Aupilarjuk about his traditional knowledge and Inuit beliefs and values.
Segment 3: Jayco Pitseolak shares some wise words about Inuit traditional values and encourages others that we should always listen to our elders’ words.
Segment 4: Jose Kusugak interviews Emaline Kowmuk about the adoption process for her five adopted children.
Segment 5: A lady from Rankin Inlet adopts a new born baby.
