Segment 1: Elisapee Davidee reports on a meeting about education. Dennis Paterson is the Minister of Education for the N.W.T. He invited officials from Quebec, Labrador, the Yukon, Newfoundland and Alaska to talk about education.
Segment 2: Perrin Beatty, Federal Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs visits the North. The issue was the upgrade of the North Warning Systems. Minister Perrin also recognized the Mapping and Charting Establishment, which started in 1987.
Segment 3: Mary Simon, President of Inuit Circumpolar Conference, talks about the sovereignty issue of the High Arctic islands.
