Community mayors are interviewed on their issues. Mikkitok Bruce talks about the formation of bylaws and how they will have to be implemented into everyday lives of Inuit. Raymond Ningeocheak talks about forming a body to represent Inuit when they violate bylaws. Ollie Ittinuar is also interviewed on issues that Rankin Inlet would like addressed.
