Segment 1: In 1990, the Hunter and Trappers Association in Iqaluit has a meeting about the polar bear quota. An individual is also interviewed about the quota.

In 2012, the National Council of Aboriginal Midwives was invited into five Aboriginal communites that expressed interest in bringing birth services closer to home. 

Synopsis:This short video was recorded for broadcast on "Qanuqtuurniq - Finding the Balance", a three-part TV series about Inuit wellness. The series, produced by Inuit Tuttarvingat of the National Aboriginal Health Organization, aired live on APTN North in Canada and 360 North in Alaska in May 2009.
