Segment 1: There is a parade with vehicles and people walking around in the town of Cambridge Bay. A plane and a van drop balloons to celebrate the opening of the Omingmak Frolics.
Segment 2: There is a talent show. Some people sing with instruments and some dance. The talent show is opened traditionally by Annie Iluviujaq. She sings a beautiful traditional song where sounds of birds are mixed into the song. There is also a crowning of the carnival Queen.
Segment 3: Outside activities during the Omingmak Frolics.
The Inuit Broadcasting Corporation, established in Canada's territory of Nunavut, has been producing Inuit language video, by, for and about Inuit since 1981.
