Segment 1: The Nunavut Territory elects the first members of the Legislative Assembly. The Assembly elects their first speaker for the House.
Segment 2: Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa sets up a tele-conference with residents of Igloolik. The topics include Inuit traditional knowledge and the changes that have impacted Inuit after contact. Some relatives in Ottawa also get a chance to talk with their relatives in Igloolik.
Segment 3: Nunavut Tunngavik elected members are in Taloyoak to have their annual General meeting. Two new members are sworn in.
