Shirley Kisoun

Shirley Kisoun was born and raised in a tent on the banks of the east branch of Inuvik.

She is the fourth child of Victor and Bertha Allen. Her father is from Inupiat and her mother Bertha from Vuntut Gwichin nation in Old Crow, Yukon.
