(1) ALI Director Rick Pettigrew attended the 2015 edition of the Cinema Verite Iran International Documentary Film Festival at the organizers’ invitation. In this third consecutive visit to the Tehran event, he enjoyed rewarding connections with many people and organizations. (2) The affluent Greek city of Akragas in Sicily; an ambitious tyrant; an incredible victory over the most dreaded enemy; a temple of colossal proportions—Thanks to 2D and 3D animation, these ingredients tell an exciting story that brings back to life the ancient version of today’s Agrigento.
