Joel and Martina Amos are originally from Sachs Harbour and Fort McPherson

Joel and Martina have great skills in cooking and completing the culinary arts program at the Yukon University, have taken their education and passion for cooking to Inuvik and created their own small business in catering. They have created their own menu incorporating as much traditional foods as they can. Join us for a cooking episode where they will be making doughnut taco’s.
