Finance Manager
The Finance Manager plays a key role in sustaining the vision and operations of NITV. Grounded in accountability and respect for Inuit ways of working, the Finance Manager oversees budgeting, reporting, and financial planning, while supporting program leads and management with timely, clear information. This role is steady, detail-oriented, and essential to ensuring NITV’s resources are well-managed and aligned with its values and goals.
Finance Clerk
The Finance Clerk provides essential day-to-day financial support at NITV, ensuring that records are accurate, processes are followed, and every dollar is tracked with care. This role is rooted in reliability, respect for detail, and a commitment to supporting the broader mission of Indigenous storytelling. From processing invoices to maintaining clear records and assisting with payroll or reconciliations, the Finance Clerk helps keep NITV’s financial systems running smoothly. Steady, trustworthy, and organized, this role plays an important part in supporting transparency and accountability across the organization.
Executive Producer, Community News and Current Affairs
The Executive Producer, Community News and Current Affairs, is part of the Community News and Current Affairs team for NITV / Uvagut TV. This team encompasses several production staff and contractors, located throughout the country, who produce live and pre-recorded shows including news and current affairs as well as community original content such as documentary one-offs or series, low budget drama, artistic work, and animation. The Executive Producer, Community News and Current works closely with the regional production teams to provide high-level production support on concepts, technical implementation, packaging and presentation of both live and pre-recorded shows for broadcast.

We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Office and IT Administrator to support our day-to-day administrative needs. This role supports our mission by ensuring the smooth running of our administrative office in Montreal and our satellite offices in the north.
Producer / Host, Community News and Current Affairs
The Producer/Host is part of a small community production team to produce and host local news and current affairs shows, and original content, that is ready for broadcast. This is an on-air camera personality required to host live weekly TV shows. The Producer/Host is responsible for actively researching and developing story ideas that are relevant, timely, and engaging for the target audience. This includes staying informed about current events, community issues, and cultural trends, as well as identifying compelling angles and voices for coverage. Researching stories also involves verifying facts, sourcing background information, and collaborating with producers and journalists to ensure accuracy and depth in reporting.
Production Technician, Community News and Current Affairs
The Production Technician is part of a small community production team to produce and host local news and current affairs shows, and original content, that is ready for broadcast. This is a technical role involving the professional operation of broadcast quality video, audio, lighting and streaming equipment. Production work included weekly live shows, as well as pre-recorded and edited community content for broadcast. The Production Technician is also part of a team working to prepare and develop story ideas that are relevant, timely, and engaging for the target audience. This includes staying informed about current events, community issues, and cultural trends, as well as identifying compelling angles and voices for coverage.
